It offers a great deal of privacy to the couple and cannot be seen from the main road. Their house is over 1200 sq ft (but the lot is almost 10,000 sq ft), with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a small lap pool in the back. The couple pay $8500 a month in rent and paid a $16,000 rental deposit.

All of the bedrooms have bathrooms attached and the house floors are hardwood. The house was built in 1960 and restored by Silver Lake architect Tony Unruh.
