Interestingly, the house is located right next to a highly trafficked busy street used as a shortcut by Los Angeles commuters to go from the San Fernando Valley to West Los Angeles so there is noise pretty much constantly.

The day I was there, a white van was in the driveway, probably doing some repairs for Bridget. I like the exterior of the house, but the lot is small. The home has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. She paid 1,725,000 for the property in August 2009. In December 2008, the same property sold for 2,000,000, so Bridget got a discount.

Bridget’s home is brand new. The house that was formerly on the property was torn down and her mansion built.
