The Pratts $8500 a month Hollywood Hills Home

Spencer and Heidi Pratt from the reality show ‘The Hills’ live in a gorgeous rented Hollywood Hills house. It offers a great deal of privacy to the couple and cannot be seen from the main road. Their house is over 1200 sq ft (but the lot is almost 10,000 sq ft), with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a small lap pool in the back. The couple pay $8500 a month in rent and paid a $16,000 rental deposit.

All of the bedrooms have bathrooms attached and the house floors are hardwood. The house was built in 1960 and restored by Silver Lake architect Tony Unruh.

Audrina’s Hollywood Hills house is for sale

Audrina Partidge (from the reality show ‘The Hills’) is selling her Hollywood Hills house. She bought the 2,100 sq ft Spanish style villa in September 2008 for a little over 1.1 million. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and was built in 2007.

The house has a great view of smog covered LA and has a fantastic kitchen which features a separate convection oven, 6 burner gas stove, built-in microwave, wine refrigerator and side by side refrigerator, and a center island. The patio looks like something out of a resort with a built in BBQ, refrigerator and water treatments.

The two smaller bedrooms are connected by a door. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi jet bathtub. The third floor has a balcony. The garage holds two cars and there is a tiny laundry room off the garage area. The back patio has built in fountains.

Audrina might be selling the house because of a robbery in February this year. Here are links to photos of the robbers as well as video.

Debbie Gibson has sold her Hollywood Hills home for almost 1,000,000. Well, almost, the sale is pending. The house has two bedrooms, two baths, is 1,733 sqft, and was built in 1940. It is located right above the Sunset Strip. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and the location is very private.
