The day I was there, a white van was in the driveway, probably doing some repairs for Bridget. I like the exterior of the house, but the lot is small. The home has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. She paid 1,725,000 for the property in August 2009. In December 2008, the same property sold for 2,000,000, so Bridget got a discount.

Bridget’s home is brand new. The house that was formerly on the property was torn down and her mansion built.

Kendra’s home has a light varying adobe colored brick exterior usually seen on the East Coast and is surrounded by a fence built with the same bricks and green wrought iron. The driveway is a half oval placed centrally in front.  I saw Kendra driving speedily away from the home in a black BMW after I finished taking the pictures of the exterior below.

I found these photos of the interior and the pool area.

The outdoor pool at her new mini manse has nothing on the Playboy Mansion grotto. It is basically a plain jane pool area with some cute white rocks at one end.  No cobblestoned surfaces, just plain greyish cement.

The kitchen is consists of cedar cabinets with high chairs all around a stone center island.  The bedroom has one red wall and surprisingly for CA, a fireplace.  The house is 3,745 sq feet,  the bedroom is large enough to accomodate a sitting area.  In addition to the main bedroom, there are three other bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Rumor has it that Kendra will be moving East to be closer to her new husband. I’m sure her upcoming accomodations will be just as luxurious as this abode.
