Brittany Murphy’s West Hollywood Home

Brittany Murphy’s West Hollywood residence where she died was once owned by pop singer Britney Spears. The house was built in 1997 and sold by Spears in 2003. The home, on the 1800 block of Rising Glen, is supposedly now owned by Murphy’s husband, Simon Monjack, and not Brittany.

The house has 5 beds, 5 baths, and approximately 8,000 square feet. The property has a lot size of 37,679 square fee.

Murphy neighbor Clare Staple was standing in front of this Rising Glen home being interviewed about seeing Murphy worked on by paramedics before being taken away in an ambulance.

Shia’s Sherman Oaks Hideaway

Shia LaBeouf’s Sherman Oaks home is high up in the Sherman Oaks hills. My favorite thing about his street was the lack of noise. I only saw one car drive down the street when I was ‘visiting’. Shia’s house is fenced in by high, thick bushes and has the sort of gate that rolls back. The day I was there I could hear weird hippy music and someone moving around the property (Shia was filming on the East Coast, so I’m assuming the resident was Shia’s hippy Vietnam Vet Papa.)

Shia paid 1.8 million for his hip Valley pad with a fantastic view in January of this year. The home is over 2400 sq ft and has 3 bedrooms and 4 baths.

I didn’t see this part of Shia’s house.

Instead, I saw this. Shia’s cool neighborhood and view. Plus the outside of his house.

Estella Warren puts Beverly Hills home on the market

Model and actress Estella Warren has put her Cielo Dr. Beverly Hills home on the market. The abode is best described as a Regency style Contemporary and is tucked away on a cul de sac. The other features are dark wood floors, French doors, updated kitchen and baths, sundrenched pool and wraparound garden. And of course, thewasher, dryer, microwave, garbage disposal is included. It contains 3 bedrooms and 2.75 baths. The master bathroom has two sinks while the master bedroom has French doors that lead out into the very green backyard. The kitchen also has French doors that offer a backyard view. In total, the house is 2,247 sq ft.

An insider explains why Warren is selling.

She is selling because she can’t pay her bills. She hasn’t had a hit in 10 years. Her ex-fiance (James Cameron’s brother) drained her bank account and she had to take a bad sci fi movies to keep the house out of foreclosure. She had an affair with some no-name Australian actor on Beauty and the Beast who is married and now they are living together. Let’s hope she sells soon, she obviously needs some cash. It’s all quite sad actually…
