Audrina Partidge (from the reality show ‘The Hills’) is selling her Hollywood Hills house. She bought the 2,100 sq ft Spanish style villa in September 2008 for a little over 1.1 million. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and was built in 2007.
The house has a great view of smog covered LA and has a fantastic kitchen which features a separate convection oven, 6 burner gas stove, built-in microwave, wine refrigerator and side by side refrigerator, and a center island. The patio looks like something out of a resort with a built in BBQ, refrigerator and water treatments.
The two smaller bedrooms are connected by a door. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi jet bathtub. The third floor has a balcony. The garage holds two cars and there is a tiny laundry room off the garage area. The back patio has built in fountains.
